Improve.
One patient one room.
Other patient and carer/ treatment nurse in room made hearing difficult and noisy.
Fast friendly service, good care and service.
Disabled chairs would be better for the patients in the treatment room - I had difficulty getting up at dawn. The chairs in the lobby were better as they had arms and leg raisers.
Free parking.
Understanding staff.
Practitioners listened to my concerns and issues and provided good advice, practical and reassurance with a smile.
The explanations of what was to happen. The thoughness of the care. The practioner I feel went above and beyond to ensure that I had enough appointments to enable and almost 100% RECOVERY.
I always look forward to my meeting with Debbie Quinn. She always has time for me, helps me to understand things better and makes me feel un-alone. I can call her when I have concerns about my illness. I know she is always there for me when I need her. Excellent service and fantastic people.
All of the staff are extremely generous of both their time and compassion.
It would seem to me on the surface, there is nothing obviously that needs attention.
